
Bishop Amos Ngugi Ngigi
Founder / CEOBishop Amos Ngugi Ngigi is a Chaplain and Therapist with over three decades of experience, beginning in 1991 as a hospital chaplain and extending to work in rehabilitation centres worldwide. He is a graduate of Addiction Studies and Social Studies from Maynooth University, holds a BA in Personal and Professional Development from All Hallows College (DCU), and a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Catholic University. Currently pursuing a PhD in Counselling and Psychotherapy and IICP Level 9, Bishop Amos has delivered talks in rehabilitation centres across the UK, USA, India, and beyond.

Ciarán Coyle
DirectorCiarán Coyle is an accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). He holds a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Community Drug and Alcohol Work, and is also a Certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach. With a background in addiction and social care, Ciarán works with individuals aged 16 and over, supporting recovery, men’s health, relationship challenges, grief, and self‑esteem. His integrative approach blends person‑centred therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and body awareness, while his passion for exercise, nature, and holistic wellbeing informs his practice.

Jason Brogan
Board MemberMr Jason Brogan is a Pre Accredited Psychotherapist and Care & Case Manager with extensive experience in mental health, addiction recovery, and homelessness support. He has practised in low-cost psychotherapy services, ensuring accessible care for diverse communities, and previously worked for eight years as an Intensive Case Manager supporting high-need clients. Jason holds Level 8 Honours Degrees in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling and Adult Guidance & Practice, alongside qualifications in Addiction Studies, Counselling Skills, and Resilience in Mental Health and Homelessness.

Chioma Esther Ogbuagu
Board MemberChioma Esther Ogbuagu brings a strategic public health and nursing perspective to her role, informed by a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and ongoing studies in General Nursing. With experience in community sensitisation and health promotion across African and migrant settings, she is committed to prevention-focused strategies and culturally responsive initiatives. Chioma has prior organisational knowledge through volunteering with Acts of Compassion Ministries and offers valuable insight into the health and social needs of immigrant communities. Guided by integrity, compassion, and respect for human dignity, she actively supports inclusive governance and compliance with Irish charity standards.

Dr. Garry Prentice
Board MemberDr. Garry Prentice is a health psychologist and lecturer at Dublin Business School, where he also serves as Programme Level Manager for the BA and HDip in Psychology programmes. He is an adjunct lecturer with the doctoral business administration programme at Swiss Business School. His research spans psychology, marketing, addiction, health, social identity, and quantitative methods, with consultancy experience in questionnaire design, statistical analysis, and reporting. Dr Prentice has published widely across psychology, health, and social research, and is co-author of Leadership Through A Screen: A Definitive Guide to Leading a Remote, Virtual Team.

Ann Mary Chacko
Peer Support WorkerAnn Mary Chacko is a Peer Support Worker currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Addiction Studies at Dublin Business School. With a background in Social Work (Medical & Psychiatric) and Counselling & Psychotherapy, she brings experience in student counselling and medical social work. Ann Mary is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred, and recovery-focused support, promoting healing, dignity, and hope within the community.
